Reasonably priced and tastefully decorated room and the bed was very clean. Friendly service, as the staff were very friendly. The location was unbeatable and nice, near central Bellagio, Como lake and surrounded by great restaurants, in a shopping area.

Strategic and peaceful location with private parking on site. Set in a superb area very close to Bellagio, super location, amazing hosts Flavio and Silvia, town centre and ferry and the ferry station.

Had a perfect 10/10 stay in the lovely town of Bellagio on lake como, glad I've chosen it. The personnel was amicable and best, and the owner too. The position was fantastic and amazing, restaurants and bars are near the hotel. The place was near Ristorante du Lac, where you can have dinner. I enjoyed spending time here.

The location of the hotel was great and stunning - around 10-15 minutes walk from Lido di Bellagio. What's more, it was very close to /fro the Ferry port, the historical centre, and many shops. It was tastefully decorated, the room was new-fashioned and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. There was a bright.

Helpful stuff, pleasant views of the lake, everything is perfect. Its rooms are well priced for an enjoyable stay in the lovely town of Bellagio on lake como. The beds are extremely comfy. The location is very central, just off the center of Bellagio, amazing hosts Flavio and bus stops. It is close to La Grotta, where you can have dinner.
